22-year-old Jarvis William Hampton of 3rd Avenue Place SE in Hickory was arrested Wednesday (April 19) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession of a stolen motor vehicle and possession of schedule II controlled substance along with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Hampton was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $2,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (April 20).
