21-year-old Khareem Delano Sassafras of 4th Street Drive NE in Hickory was arrested Tuesday (January 3) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony robbery with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon. Following the arrest, Sassafras was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $30,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (January 4).
