28-year-old John William Wallace was arrested Tuesday (April 19) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with second-degree rape and second-degree sexual offense. Wallace was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility without bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (April 20).
