32-year-old Eric Andrew Collins of 16th Avenue Place NE in Hickory was arrested Thursday (September 23) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with three felony counts apiece of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering, and one felony count of interfere with an electronic monitoring device. Collins is also charged with misdemeanor counts of resisting a public officer, larceny, and assault on a government official. Probation and Parole also charged Collins with parole violation. Collins was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $90,000 bond. A District Court date is set for October 14.
