56-year-old Steven Allen Poarch of Hickory was arrested Saturday (February 6) by Long View Police Officers. He’s charged with traffic in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Poarch was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility in Newton under $150,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (February 8).
