48-year-old Jonathan Caleb Tester, who is listed as a homeless person from Hickory, was arrested last Friday (October 6) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tester was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $1,200 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (October 10). A District Court date was scheduled Monday (October 9).
