CONOVER, N.C. (WHKY) – 27-year-old Joel Keith Dokum, who is listed as a homeless person from Hickory, was arrested Sunday (August 2) by Conover Police Officers. He’s charged with habitual larceny, felony larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting a public officer. Dokum was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility following the arrest. District Court dates were scheduled Monday (August 3) and August 24.
