47-year-old Chadwick Shawn Presnell of 1st Avenue SE in Hickory was arrested Wednesday (January 25) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with two felony counts of habitual larceny, one felony count of possession of heroin, and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Presnell was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $12,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (January 26).
