47-year-old Jose Manuel Flores, who is listed as a homeless person from Hickory, was arrested Thursday (July 21) by Newton Police Officers. He’s charged with felony flee to elude arrest, possession of a stolen vehicle, injury to real property, and possession of an open container. Flores was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $10,500 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (July 22).
