60-year-old Mark Anthony Helms of 13th Avenue N.E. in Hickory has been arrested by Claremont Police on a felony larceny charge. Helms was jailed yesterday (October 16) in the Catawba County Detention Facility where he is being held under a $10,000 bond. An appearance in District Court was scheduled for November 6 in Newton.
