58-year-old Anthony Eugene Surratt of 12th Avenue SE in Hickory was arrested Sunday (January 29) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with failure to appear on counts of felony possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Surratt was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $5,000 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (January 31). A Superior Court date was scheduled Monday (January 30).
