72-year-old Benny Van Dula of 2nd Street SW in Hickory was arrested Monday (June 8) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of second-degree trespass. Dula was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $6,000 bond. District Court dates were scheduled Monday and June 29.
