51-year-old Jack Donald Roark of 17th Street NE in Hickory was arrested Thursday (April 20) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting a public officer. Roark was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $4,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (April 21).
