26-year-old Francisco Javier Montoya-Ibarra of 17th Street SE in Hickory was arrested Sunday (July 16) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession of schedule I and II controlled substance, breaking & entering, possession of burglary tools, and first-degree trespassing. Montoya Ibarra was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $5,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (July 17).
