45-year-old Warren Dwayne Willis, who is listed as a homeless person from Hickory, was arrested Monday (February 20) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of breaking & entering, larceny of a motor vehicle, conspiracy, and possession of methamphetamine, along with misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and damage to property.

Willis was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $13,000 bond. District Court dates are scheduled for this Friday (February 24) and March 13.
