38-year-old Jorge Alberto Carcamo of 5th Street NE in Hickory was arrested by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with five counts of assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, and one count of discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling or moving vehicle. Carcamo was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (February 17) under $110,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
