47-year-old Jerry Lee Malone, Jr. of Cape Hickory Road in Hickory was arrested Wednesday (December 30) by Granite Falls Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver methamphetamine and possession of meth. Malone was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $10,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (December 31).
