33-year-old William Thomas Ray Miller of Main Avenue NW in Hickory was arrested Thursday (February 18) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of heroin. Miller was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $10,000 bond. A Superior Court appearance was scheduled today (February 19).
