52-year-old Jeffrey Riley Hoke of 18th Avenue Drive NW in Hickory was arrested Tuesday (July 25) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and failure to appear on a count of larceny of a motor vehicle. Hoke was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $80,000 bond. A Superior Court date is scheduled for August 28.
