46-year-old Bradley Wayne Misenheimer of N.C. Highway 10 West in Hickory was arrested by Hickory Police early last Tuesday morning (April 4) on felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, breaking & entering a building, and larceny after breaking & entering, along with a misdemeanor count of possession of stolen property. He was also charged with failure to appear on a felony meth possession charge and misdemeanor larceny. The warrants for his arrest were issued on March 6 of this year.

Misenheimer was taken into custody without incident at a business address on Highway 127 South in Mountain View. He was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $36,500 secured bond. A first appearance in District Court was scheduled last Tuesday with a Superior Court date coming up on May 1 in Newton.
