33-year-old Dallas Loyd Gragg of 2nd Avenue S.W. in Hickory was arrested today (October 18) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers on charges of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Following his arrest, Gragg was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility with bond set at $25,000. He’ll appear in District Court on November 20 in Newton.
