The Hickory Crawdads wrapped up a road trip against the Greenville Drive with a rain shortened 11-4 win in South Carolina on Sunday. The contest suffered a two hour delay for rain to start the contest and was called after the seventh inning.

A single by Yeison Morrobel scored Easley and put Cauley on third. In the sixth inning, Yosy Galan reached first base to lead off the inning due to an error. Jesus Moreno singled putting runners on the corners. Benjamin Blackwell was walked to load the bases. Easley singled, scoring Galan and Moreno. Cauley followed with a single of his own, scoring Blackwell. Morrobel doubled clearing the bases.

In the seventh inning, Galan was walked and then stole second and third base. Moreno walked and advanced to second on a wild pitch after a strikeout. Easley singled to score Galan and Moreno.
