Hickory City Council Meets, Votes To Install Waterline To Service Airport Hangar

Hickory City Council met in regular session Tuesday night (September 1). Minutes, second readings, and the consent agenda were all approved.

City Manager Warren Wood spoke during Matters Not on the Agenda about the installing of a waterline to service the new hangar at the Airport. This item passed unanimously.

Two public hearings on voluntary contiguous annexation were held. Both items were passed unanimously. In addition, members were appointed to boards and commissions during Tuesday’s Hickory City Council meeting.
