Hickory City Council met in what turned out to be a short regular session Tuesday night (January 4). Minutes, second readings, and the consent agenda were all unanimously approved. Council held a public hearing for consideration of a joint economic development agreement for the conveyance of City-owned property located in Downtown Hickory on Main Avenue NE. The item was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned after 20 minutes.
