34-year-old Krystal Leigh Saine of 18th Street NW in Hickory was arrested Thursday (February 11) by Hickory Police Officers. She’s charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, and driving while impaired. Saine was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $2,200 bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for March 4.
