28-year-old Ingrid Minna Sonne of Hendersonville was arrested Saturday (July 16) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She’s charged with felony possession of a controlled substance at a penal institution. Sonne was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $10,000 secured bond. She remained in jail as of earlier today (July 18). A District Court appearance was scheduled today.
