NEWTON, N.C. (WHKY) – A Burke County woman is facing two habitual larceny charges following her arrest Monday (August 10). According to jail records, 52-year-old Jill Elizabeth Rowell of NC 18 South in Morganton is charged with the offenses in Catawba County.

Bond was set at $25,000 on each charge. A court date is scheduled for August 24.
