32-year-old Kimberly Arlene Hall of Hurricane Hill Road in Granite Falls was arrested Thursday (January 5) by Granite Falls Police Officers. She was charged with one count felony probation violation and one misdemeanor count of probation violation with a $20,000 secured bond. Hall was on probation as a result of a conviction in May 2022 in Catawba County for felony counts of possession of schedule one and two controlled substance along with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. She received probation and a 24-month suspended sentence. She was not listed in jail as of this morning and has two Superior Court dates scheduled for February 6 and February 8.
