30-year-old Kaylianne Richmond Miller of Helton Road in Granite Falls was arrested Thursday (April 20) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with one felony count of probation violation and jailed under a $25,000 secured bond. Miller remains in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for June 5. She was on probation as a result of a conviction in Catawba County on December 6, 2022, for felony possession of schedule two controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Miller received probation and an 18-month suspended sentence.
