35-year-old Kimberly Nichole Helton of Morris Creek Road in Granite Falls was arrested Monday (July 24) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony failure to appear on a nonsupport count. Helton remained in jail as of this morning under $110 cash bond and $5,000 secured bond with a District Court date scheduled for July 26.
