37-year-old Melinda Gail South of Hickory Street in Granite Falls was arrested Saturday (August 26) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of financial card fraud and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. South was not listed in jail as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for today (August 28).
