31-year-old Kaylianne Richmond Miller of Helton Road in Granite Falls was arrested Friday (October 6) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with two felony counts of probation violation and jailed under $40,000 secured bond. Miller remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for October 12. She was on probation as a result of conviction in 2022 for felony possession of schedule two controlled substance in Catawba County. Miller received probation and an 18-month suspended sentence.
