18-year-old Timothy Dawson Sanders of Grindstone Lane in Granite Falls was arrested Thursday (January 28) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. Sanders was released on $50,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for next Monday (February 1).
