49-year-old Walter Giovanny Quijano Ramirez of Jim Bumgarner Lane in Granite Falls was arrested Saturday (April 15) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of failure to register as a sex offender and jailed under a $500,000 secured bond. Ramirez remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for April 17.
