59-year-old James Dean Eaker of Peachtree Lane in Granite Falls was arrested Monday (June 26) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony larceny, felony interference with an electronic monitoring device, and a parole violation. Eaker remains in jail in the Caldwell County Detention Facility as of this morning with no bond and $50,000 secured bond. A District Court date was scheduled for June 26.
