54-year-old Blaine Alvin Legg Sr. of Temple Hill Road in Granite Falls was arrested Saturday (January 28) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with misdemeanor larceny, second degree trespass, and felony possession of methamphetamine. Legg was given a custody release and is not listed in jail as of this morning. A District Court date was scheduled for January 30.
