48-year-old James Wayne Mcrary of Kenny Lane in Granite Falls was arrested Monday (December 5) by Granite Falls Police Officers. He was charged with a felony of uttering a forged instrument and placed under a $2,500 secured bond. As of this morning he is not in jail and a District Court date was scheduled for December 7.
