55-year-old Tracy Lloyd Lail of Reid Road in Granite Falls was arrested Sunday (August 6) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of trafficking in methamphetamine and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $1,000,000 secured bond. He remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for August 14.
