67-year-old Paul Eugene Kirby Jr of Main Street in Granite Falls was arrested Wednesday (July 26) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and jailed under $100,000 secured bond. Kirby remains in jail as of this morning with no court date listed.
