49-year-old Buford Charles Pennell III of Landing View Drive in Granite Falls was arrested Tuesday (August 8) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of methamphetamine and four felonies: injury to personal property, breaking and entering, second-degree trespass, and a probation violation. Pennell was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $27,000 secured bond.

He was not listed in jail as of this morning and three District Court Appearances were scheduled for August 9, August 23, and August 30.
