33-year-old Jimmy Allen Nelson of Frog Hollow Lane in Granite Falls was arrested Sunday (July 30) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of a stolen motor vehicle and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. Nelson remains in the Caldwell County Detention Facility as of this morning with no court date listed.
