43-year-old Milton Wesley Setzer of Tyler Lane in Granite Falls was arrested Friday (March 31) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance, and felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Setzer remains in jail as of this morning with a $40,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for April 3.
