59-year-old James Lynn Barr of Red Hill Lane in Granite Falls was arrested Sunday (October 8) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $50,000 secured bond. Barr remains in jail as of this morning with no court dates listed.
