50-year-old Chuck Kumar Bonifacius of Mayfield Drive in Granite Falls was arrested Saturday (April 29) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with five felony counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Bonifacius was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $200,000 secured bond. A Superior Court date is set for May 15.
