48-year-old Billy Roger McGee Jr of Peachtree Lane in Granite Falls was arrested Friday (April 14) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers and Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with two felony probation violations, larceny, and larceny of a motor vehicle. McGee remains jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $120,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for April 17. A Superior Court date was also scheduled for June 5.
