50-year-old Jesse Lee Winkler of KO Place in Granite Falls was arrested Friday (April 14) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of harboring an escapee and jailed under a $10,000 secured bond. Winkler was not listed in jail as of this morning, but a District Court appearance was scheduled for April 17.
