37-year-old Brandon Lee Abshire of Poovey Drive in Granite Falls was arrested Monday (October 2) by Granite Falls Police Officers. He was charged with felony fleeing to elude arrest, felony probation violation, and parole violation. Abshire remains in jail as of this morning under no bond and $25,000 secured bond. A District Court date was scheduled for Monday (October 2).
