44-year-old Toby Lee Harmon of Cascade Lane in Granite Falls was arrested Tuesday (August 8) by Granite Falls Police Officers. He was charged with one felony count failure to appear and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $10,000 secured bond. Harmon remains in jail as of this morning with no District Court date scheduled.
