29-year-old Joseph Lee Eaker of Peachtree Lane in Granite Falls was arrested Tuesday (October 9) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers for felony failing to appear. He has previous counts of speeding to elude arrest in August 2020 and possession of schedule two controlled substance in March 2023. Eaker remains in jail as of this morning under $20,000 secured bond and a Superior Court appearance scheduled for October 30.
