38-year-old Brandon Keith Dunning of Boyd G Mcrary Road in Granite Falls was arrested Saturday (September 30) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony failure to appear and jailed under $1,000 secured bond. Dunning was not listed in jail as of this morning with no court date listed. He has previous charges of level one driving while intoxicated.
